From the afl.com site, according to the blokes most in the know (you'd think anyway), this is how the top 8 will look after round 22:

The 16 captains met today, and were asked to nominate the "other" 7 teams which would make up the top eight at the end of the year. The votes were tallied and that table above was how it came out.

Note: the first 3 each got 15 votes - I just wrote them down in alphabetical order...

Come on Rip he can't be one of the best around at the moment, I mean I still hear he can't mark, doesn't know where to direct his taps, is soft and is not mobile around the ground.

I think that may mean 211 has still alot of improvement in himself, hopefully they don't run out of adjectives by the end of the season to describe him.

Dunn Nothing has yet to fire and thats poor recruiting according to some, but 211 must be the biggest bargain ever (no pun intended ) at pick 33 in the rookie draft.

for pick 33 he is good value but i yet dont think he is the best or amongst the best he needs to be more agile and display his positives around the ground as he has show glimpses of it but not throughout the whole match

Where did you hear all of this? From what I've seen he's been just oustanding in his ruck work. That tap to Headland running throught the centre last week was a thing of beauty. And he's been averaging 5-6 marks a week oer the pre-season. As to soft, I've seem him lay some pretty heavy bumps over the last three weeks.

Ralphie I think it's time to get the wax out of your ears (or maybe it's there for a reason?). According to alot of the Bigfooty "experts", 211 still lacks mobility, doesn't crunch contests hard enough and his marking is still touch and go.

I did not say they were the views down in Masailand, geez I'm enjoying seeing the man from Meeka's "lovechild" just emerging from the cocoon and spreading his wings.

211 will only get better.

Don't worry I've been on the Sandi wagon ever since Mission Man wrote about this Ogre who had been put on the rookie list from the Gummies.

I'm in the same boat as Ripper, I'm enjoying the ride as Sandi just gets better and proves the BF experts wrong.
