Not keep it viable...it aint!GWS will be hit hard next couple of years. AFL will have to change rules to keep this club viable.
I always thought the two new teams would struggle. Culture and location play a big part in clubs. GC have a location but GWS has no culture and no location worth anything to new players. Not keep it viable...it aint!
Is Cooney that bad of a role model?Just sitting with the little birdie. If anyone has any questions for me to ask, fire away.
Latest is Austin's out. Cooney out is a huge result because he's good mates with Stringer and it wasn't going to end well. They tried to get him out of the state TBH. Drafting is still up in the air, but fair to say that with 4,6 and 7 the birdie was excited, still thinks we'll get someone good at 26&27. Rest is a lottery but it'll be best available. Grant is already back training and will be a focus next year. He's rapt we got Boyd. And so is everyone else. Roughead will stay back for the moment. Talia is happy now but did have a falling out with the coach and also wasn't playing well. Jong is someone they're all impressed with. Anything else I'll put in later.
Murphy and moz are good with the boys?Just sitting with the little birdie. If anyone has any questions for me to ask, fire away.

I'm not sure what this means - are you saying Cooney was going to be a bad influence on Stringer so it's good we were able to trade him?Just sitting with the little birdie. If anyone has any questions for me to ask, fire away.

That's what i wanted to hear. Thanks PannTerrific
You'd be happy with that!
I'm a little surprised to hear that of Cooney. I'm not sure I want to know why...
Is anyone in particular on thin ice in 2015, besides the usual 1/2 year contract specialists?
I will go out on a limb and say Cooney doesn't strike me as the most professional of indeviduals. Joker bordering on ****wit may apply at times, plus best mates with Lake, who himself is a strange fellow to say the least. Doesn't take much to lead a young fella astray, and jake is a dad now, so being serious about his future is being serious about his family future. In what way?
"Extra-curricular activities"?
