Surely we take a future pick for Koby rather than a pick 50 that we may not even use.

If we're only taking 3 picks, it'll be 18, 35 (hamling pick) and 40.

Mmm when you have a taste of getting paid hundreds of thousands to play footy I doubt it would be easy to go back to getting paid a fraction of that.

We will have the retirements of Moyd, Morris and Murph plus it's guaranteed we lose a player or two for opportunity and Hamilton or Prudden don't make it. It also gives us extra trading firepower next season.

So next year surely Boyd will retire, Murph also a chance. Think Moz has more in him. Prudden and Hamilton won't make it and will be gone and we'll have a decision to make on Roarke - upgrade or delist.

Plus there'll be a few chasing opportunity, then there's a good chance that another Adams pops up and says I wanna go home or I can get more money somewhere else. Future picks would be nice.

His form was really really good, played as a shutdown defender while also being a solid forward.
Didn't look out of place against more mature forwards.

PSD and he goes to essendon, while we get nothing. If push came to shove, St. Kilda would probably give up 36- he is worth more than that to them. If they don't, well we've only thrown away a pick 50 that we wouldn't have used anyway.

Won't we need to accumulate a few late picks to help pay for some potential FS picks? I think only Romero is a possibility this year and maybe none next year but in 2018 there's Rhylee West and maybe 1-2 other possibilities.

Don't send Koby to PSD. Talia did a bad thing and we traded him for nothing. Koby has done nothing wrong to us. Trade him to where he wants. Set up a good trading relationship with the saints. Would prefer a future pick than pick 50. Or our second and Koby for 36 even better.
