I lean the other way. Was good enough for 16 games this year and statistically more or less kept pace with career averages.Yeah I think it’s time re JJ. No longer that damaging speed off half back and now a liability one on one. Thanks for the memories.
If we are in win now mode he is still gonna be a better option than a late draft kid though I reckon.Yeah I think it’s time re JJ. No longer that damaging speed off half back and now a liability one on one. Thanks for the memories.

Unfortunately it might be the biggest haul for a player in recent memory. Picks are only as good as the recruiting staff. Giants got 3 firsts for Cameron but those 3 players turned out to be Conor Stone, Ryan Angwin & Brayden Cook so complete junk.Putting aside how much of a long shot it would be, what would be the trade price for Butters this year? A Jeremy Cameron trade equivalent of our three firsts, with a couple of seconds coming back? Our 2 future firsts straight up?

At a base contract, I think he'd provide us with more value than whoever our last draft pick would be.
I believe it, but where did u hear this?Saints wanting Freijah for Wilkie
There's always team balance elements though.I lean the other way. Was good enough for 16 games this year and statistically more or less kept pace with career averages.

I'd rather keep Freijah and just get Butts. Wilkie's price will be astronomicalI'd trade Freijah for Wilkie on the priviso that it's a straight swap (or something else coming our way - which I don't expect) AND we get Zak Butters this year.
Probably what we should do.I'd rather keep Freijah and just get Butts. Wilkie's price will be astronomical

Yeah I'm just saying if Wilkie's price isn't astronomical (in that it only costs Freijah), and we can keep our first round pick this year and deal with Port for Butters I'd do it.I'd rather keep Freijah and just get Butts. Wilkie's price will be astronomical
1.5 per yearI'd rather keep Freijah and just get Butts. Wilkie's price will be astronomical
It was funny to watch the Saints supporters squirm.1.5 per year
I don't see why he would want to go there.Watching Freijah slotting goals on the run from outside 50 in Saints colours would be devastating to watch.
His manager was quoted a month or two back saying something like Freijah loves it and they will be looking to extend his contract at year end.Anyone know if there’s been any talk about Freijah’s contract? He’s OOC at the end of next season so it’d be good to get him tied down for 4+ years.
