Thanks for the info. Interesting, i thought i was struggling in rebounds and 3pts. I guess the rookies are also a mystery - e.g Dickau could boost my assists. Turnovers don't worry me too much.

BTW is it just me or does trading seem to have died? Half of the teams haven't even made a single change. I was looking forward to seeing some big name trades but little seems to have eventuated. Guess, everyone's waiting for the season to begin.

Another thing, i am still not sure about the roster setup. Are they changeable everyday? Does that mean we have to keep rotating the guys who will be on the court and those who won't or are we just putting or our best team on and accumulating stats?

Every position has only a max of 82 spots.

And in reference to trading I'm still looking around and thinking big as well. I'm pretty much loooking at a multiplayer trade deal.

I see I'm in need for a player who has good 3pt made.

And again Dunleavy for Marshall, but if I'm the only one who doesn't like the trade then it's fine, people must see things in Dunleavy that I don't, once again both parties seem happy with the trade, good luck to both.

I saw some of Dunleavy's games last year. I think the Warriors will give him a good run. At best, Marshall was going to be a bench player for me, it made sense to trade him.

Why were we not made aware of the trade between MC Hammer and Xie:

Gugliotta and Davis for Terry.

This has been teh 3rd dodgy trade by Xie. He has got rid of:

Ben Wallace
Shawn Marion
Jason Terry

for

Courtney Alexander
Derek Fisher
Eddie Jones
Antonio Davis
Tom Gugliotta

Two of those were FA at the start of the year and only one was ranked in the top 80 before teh season started.

I think this should be looked into ASAP!!!

I can't beleive he traded Marion for Terry. Marion will have better numbers than Terry and who gives a f*** what numbers Alexander gives....

And now his trading Jones for Gugliotta and Davis.

I vote against the Jones for Gugliotta and Davis trade.

There should be at least a 2 day waiting period for trades (48hrs)

The trade was for Terry and Alexander for Marion, which I notified everybody of before allowing.


I have no objection to the current trade, if you look at the numbers, it seems fair. The only reason the trade would be vetoed is because of the injury history of both Antonio Davis and Gugliotta.

Please be aware that the rankings are simply given as a guide and are nothing more than opinions. In this case, I have checked out both line ups and the trade works from that point of view.

If you object, please outline your reasons, simply because somebody is active in trades doesn't mean that they are necessarily weakening their team for a purpose. However, I can see your concerns.

Teh last two trades made by Xie have been made to MC Hammer...how are we not to know that they are not the smae person, or at least working together.

Whether you look at rankings or not, if you know anything about basketball you would realse that Gugliotta and Davis is not a fair trade for Eddie Jones. This trade should be veteod or at least put to the other members of the league, in light of the previous trades made by Xie.
