I would welcome Lewis Johnston to the Crows. It's interesting that we are interested in both Johnston and Lynch.

I guess we see Lynch playing in defence?

He plays VFL as a 3rd Tall / HBF sweeper type.

No more speculation and rumour of will he or won't he go that the likes of Rucci will run with for the entire 2012 season. This should be motivation alone for a lot of you, the fact that Rooch will lose a lot of fodder and ammunition.

No probs. I haven't seen him play personally just going off of what everyone has been saying around here and that's a pretty short and shiny description. Apparently not tall enough for a KDP but people have been likening him to Stevens. We'll see next year anyway.

Need someone who knows the rules better, if Tippett is traded (really do not want to happen), his salary for next year is paid by who? Also don't all clubs have to pay about 95% of their salary cap.

If we offload his salary to Brisbane, then that is a bit of money for next year that needs to be considered?

Danger is the main one, but if all goes to plan and Danger adapts to Sando and where he is played, then some of the Tippett cash could go to Danger's next contract.

There will be some, as there are at most clubs which the media can latch onto and make stories. The Tippett contract is a big story next year and if he gets traded, that line of reporting is gone.

Brisbane would.

We wouldn't trade a player we wanted to keep and still pay his salary, that only happens to players you are very, VERY keen to get rid off.

Every club has their price and Brisbane taking his salary would be part of the deal.

Hopefully what crap Rucci and co write has absolutely no bearing on our list management. If they take that into consideration then I would be appaled.

Exactly - the thing is most first year players wont make their debut until their 2nd season anyway AND thats if they are ready. Crouch being the elite player he will be, will be one of the special players that could play in their frist season thus being the same end result. Rucci = Clown

It seems according to facebook that Lewis Johnston isn't flying to adelaide and is currently at the gold coast.

I posted this one the page before. Have just spoken to one of his best mates and he has been up there all week, and checked in at Movieworld less than an hour ago. Not on a plane to Adelaide, that is for sure.

Absolutely agree. It should and doesn't play any part.

From a supporters perspective, it plays a part. It's less negativity that we read or are subjected to via various media sources.
