Ralph the rumour monger just put on his twitter that a three way deal is in the works Armstrong to Sydney Seaby to Port and Adelaide get Kane Cornes cant see it happening but his mail is pretty good normally

I will stand alone here and say I would do it! Kane Cornes is a qualtiy bloke and is a proven run with player if allowed to play in his preferred position. We dont have a run with player and would be a great leader for our young kids, espcially Crouch.....

Plus, it would be good for lul'z if Port are paying half his wage

I wouldn't do it because we're trying to grow a group of players together. I see no feasible reason why we'd pick up Kane.

I'll back you up here, I'd take Cornes in our side as well, if for no other reason than his leadership on the training track. With the exception of Thompson our midfield should be super-young in 2012, it would be great to have a senior guy with a proven record on the training track to help lead the way.

Armstrong isn't exactly a huge price to pay, either.

Trade deadline every day is 5pm eastern. It would be strange if the mini draft deadline is different to that time.

I'd have no problem taking Kane Cornes if the price was right

Would be a much more influential senior player to our youngsters than Doughty and Reilly in all facets of the game (especially preparation and attitude)
