It's Chris Bond that is the one who is doing the wheeling and dealing ala Noble here. Most of the coaches stay out of it. Just give an overall direction and then let the list managers earn their money.

Yep, will be a quiet weekend on the trade front, and then everything will go down Monday (as it always does). No hint about Johnston yet either from the club, so keeping it very close to our chest. Emma better be right!

Never seen him play, but he sounds like he has more upside than Ivan.

I think he might end up even better. Change of scenery could do him a world of good, far down the order at Ess. Very athletic. Hopefully he'll be one of those rucks that really excels in a new environment.
