TRADE WEEK- what do we need??

[FFC + BBFC = BBFFC]

1. Another Key Position Foward...- foward line needs structure
2. Another KP Backman....- dont know how long leppa's back will last
3. A Pacey midfielder....- looked far too slow last season

any thoughts?

mcdougall is a hack.. i dont think we need motlop? we have corrie and mcgrath.. cant merrett hold ff then we can send bradshaw to defense? maybe if we keep spaanderman he can show his worth.. i dont wanna waste pick 9 on a bloke whos got tickets on himself

I think our forward line is fine, It's built around Browny, so as long as he's fit and firing I dont really think we need any extra presence there.


Forwards like: Brennan, Brown, Aker, Bradshaw, McGrath, Corrie, Sherman, Power, Merret, it looks pretty good to me.


We get Hadley back for the midfield clearences, and we still got a fair whack of pace in Riska, Black, Selwood and the like.


All I see we really need for the immediate future is a tall defender.

What do we need??

We need some of our supporters to perhaps take a chill pill!!!!
Passion is great, but sometimes a bit of rationale is required.
Some of the absolute SHYT coming from some of our own is incredible.

Please don't get sucked into all the media hype.
Lets just trust our own football department to make what they consider to be the best decisions for the club......... but pls consider we obviously are under salary cap pressures & the other clubs know this.

We may have to give away some players well under what they are possibly worth, as it appears obvious that we can't keep all. Its just the way of the League these days, with all of the equalisation laws.

PS. some of the comments posted on speculation has provided quite an insight as too who does & doesn't know their footy.
I think I'll wait until official trades are made before forming opinions.
