Great....Whitnall is just what we need, woey should be alright lets just hope he gets his passion back and we can run him off the wing from the bench and D.Motlop may be overshadowed because there are so many players like him in the team atm but he is a great player when on song. Draft picks are reasonable for the players we are realeasing and there are plenty of them so we can work with them

Why would we get rid of Jamar? Are we meant to turn into a training squad for future Sydney ruckmen? Jamar may not have developed as much as we would have liked this year, but to get rid of him would be ridiculous. P.Johnson is more a forward than a ruck anyway, so I can't see us getting rid of Jamar.

I think the Roos would want more than pick 12 for Motlop. And even if they only wanted pick 12 by itself, I think we should be looking elsewhere. We have enough of the outside midfielder types who can play forward. Brady Rawlings in uncontracted - may be worth consdering if the right deal can be sorted out.

The deal to get Whitnall will be interesting, particularly with Yze now signing up. Initially I thought Yze and a second or third rounder would get Whitnall. But I'm not so sure what the club sees our trade bait to be now.

If we can get 2nd or 3rd rounders for Heffernan and Armstrong I'd be happy - they have little, if any future at the MFC in the eyes of the coaching staff.

Woey for pick 44 - well, I can't really see anyone else picking him up - might wait till the PSD or an even later national draft pick.
