Carlton got Jamar for pick 18. Almost first trade.....

We traded Angwin for WB second round pick (22).

We finally did the Carey trade.

We received:

Wayne Carey
Ian Prendergast (traded to Roos, ontraded to Crows)
Pick 42

Roos received:

Brent Reilly
Pick 15 and
Pick 22 (from WB)

Considering we had to outbid a fair bit (picks 8, 24 and Dixon from the Hawks reportedly) we're pretty pleased with the outcome. We have Carey, a reasonable youngish defender in Prendergast, and pick 42, for Reilly, our first rounder and basically Angwin. Not too bad in this fantasy world

We're gonna have a look at some ruckmen from Brisbane and Sydney tomorrow...

Bugger! Stephen Doyle might be a good ruck option for us. While in Sydney maybe we could assist with the Davis dea if it aint been done yet. Davis to Swans, Johnson to Collingwood and maybe Fosdike to Crows?

It's a possibility but we're looking at getting some real quality for Johnson, or possibly a high draft pick.....we're sifting through offers as we speak

And unfortunately Doyle might not be the ruckman available in habourside.....
