You've got no idea, do you cobber?

And where did the anti-mac tantrum come from? Surely someone so passionately adversed to mac-operators would know that Publisher is a windows program, and not available on a mac platform...

As for getting bossed around - the only bossing being done will be from my fine self, as being a freelance designer affords me the right to choose the work I do, and it certainly does not include real estate brochures or country newspaper ads...

I think you're the bitter one, little boy... Get well soon.

Freelance designer = Unemployed designer, not good enough to get a job in a real agency. I'm sure the work in Tas is very challenging. You dolt. No wonder you post so much inane rubbish, you have no real job to attend to.

As for Publisher, check out Office v.X, which allows you the "power to run Microsoft Windows applications and still be your Mac"

Thank you ball boys, thank you linesmen.

Freelance designer = happy designer.

I'm sorry if I don't keep up to date with Microsoft's lame attempts to steal back some of Apple's market share - you seem to know a lot about it though - time on your hands to spare?

And in any case, the software package you mentioned does not include Publisher, so you may just want to put a hold on the linesmen and ball boys...

As for the Tasmania jibe, well I wouldn't know, to be quite honest, as 80% of my work is from the 'North Island'.

In conclusion, what is you ****ing problem?

Yes, excuse me for buying 6 G5's and the software so that I can send, receive and most importantly, OPEN, data to and from anywhere.

Do you not understand that you can do anything PC related with it? Are you as devoid of mental capacity as you are of talent?

People like you make it hard for real agencies, designers and artists. You are the Suzi Olsen of the design world, and your lame attempts to be cool on here are obviously a result of you sucking so hard in real life. Now, get back to your mono newsletter work for the local council.

That is all.

And you are the Scarlett Pimp of the design world. Scram before I tell the admin staff to block your IP address.

An update on my mum.

She is doing well. She was up and out of bed yesterday for at least 4 hours. On sunday she mainly stayed in bed.

So it is some good news. My old man is taking her to the doctor today.

You really are a bitter individual, aren't you? I hope you enjoy your 6 G5's, I've found mine to be fantastic to date.

I was aware that you could get VirtualPC for Mac, but having trialed it found it to be slow and cumbersome, and really not worth the money. Why any designer would feel the need to run Publisher on VirtualPC is beyond me, but I guess you have your reasons. It is also important to note that VPC does not run on Panther, hence another reason why I leave it alone. I'll stick with the Adobe Design Collection, thanks.

Take care.

I know a few Studio Managers and would luuurve to forward your CV Zekey Boy......

Can you point out some of your finest work perhaps? (apart from stenciling which is braille for artists of course...)

One thing I don't understand about this train crash. The two blokes have been charged with, "attempting to pervert the course of justice". Seems like they were more trying to divert the course of a train. One of them has also been charged with reckless endangerment, or whatever.

The only way I could see this charge arising would be if they denied any involvement, after the event, or tried to shift the blame onto someone else. Very strange. Does anyone know anything?

He's a tracer.

I hope they like mono press ads for the local mattress shop and bowling club. None of his work would make it through the door at a real agency, hence his unemployed status. Oh sorry, I mean 'freelance' status.

the only thing that has been derailed in this thread is the topic.

Would you guys give it up??

If you want to bitch take it to MSN chat or something.

Is it just that I haven't had enough sleep, or is this thread really funny?

(Not that injury to your mother is funny, Suzi. I hope she's better now).

She is getting better. She was up and out of bed yesterday and she even went to the doctor for a check up. Her fractured eye socket is healing.

As for the thread being funny, I disagree because there are some ppl in her who have decided to hijack the thread.
