Training time / Peoples Night??

Just a quick question for you all. I'm coming over to Perth next weekend for the first time in a while and want to attend pople night and hopefully atleast one training session in the week leading up to the Adelaide Rnd 4 game at Subi.
Could someone tell me what time and what nights the club train during the week please?
With it being Easter Monday next week and South Fremantle playing at Freo Oval that will change the family night plans will it not?
