training times

Anyone know wat a good time to go watch training is?
I have monday off and wanna have a look and maybe get some aotographs so any help will b appreciaitve!

They generally only have one open session for the week which is the last seesion for the week which is usuall a Friday or Saturday morning at 10-10.30ish. It depends on what day we play.
