It is a 4km running track that winds through the Melbourne Botanic Gardens. It is almost an icon in Melbourne that almost every sporty type would have had a go at one time or another.

The Tan is an inner city running track situated at the Botanical gardens thus the name Tan(icle)

Roughly 5 km.

Its the Botanic Gardens not Botanical and the running track is 3.89 kilometres.
