He's wildly overrated based on current output and has some serious flaws in his game. He was genuinely awful (comfortably worst on ground) when United came up against Leipzig and routed them 5-0 so I think that might have more to do with it.

I'd hope that the club are keeping an eye on his team mate Konaté though.

Seen some rumors in the past 24 hours Bayern Munich may have an interest in Tomas Soucek, and we may offer him a pay rise to keep him long - term.

We'd want 50M for him now according to the Athletic so I doubt anything happens.

We're also targeting more Slavia Prague players after the success of Soucek and Coufal (who took Zaha out of the game yesterday), Abdallah Sima is the exciting one we've been linked to, 19 yo from Senegal and scored 9 times this season including in Europe.

Upcemano is quality but yeah had a poor game against United. In any case sounds like RB won't let him go until the summer now they are into the CL Round of 16.

Doubt they would have let him go regardless, would have just been a purchase in Jan to move end of season.

His Dad has actually been representing him since March, it only got picked up by the Sun today.

He's also not going to request a transfer from what I've read, Chelsea wants to flog off dead wood to fund a bid, but I think you may have to sell Kante to do so and it's whether you're willing to do that or not really.

I dont think he'd need to put in a transfer request, if a bigger club(not just Chelsea) comes in for him in the summer he'll push for a move and you wont stand in his way.

He'll cost a mint though.

Barca and Madrid's financial affairs fluctuate on who is running for President.

Would Barca let Messi go in January to raise some funds?
