I guess his family are just playing it like they did with Chelsea, hes worked out the wage he wants(with Bayern) and now its up to Liverpool to match it once he turns 18 soon.

Ngumoha is contracted for another couple of years. Liverpool are under no pressure to sell. I believe Chelsea would be due 20% of the fee.

Once he turns 18(in a month or so) he can renegotiate his contract and they'll look to extend.
