Admittedly, i don't buy beer that often but the time before a Pale Ale 6 pack was about $17, last time it was $19 odd.

The thing with Coopers is that it's brewed here and bottled here in Adelaide, there is no need for long distance haulage, a six pack of american piss water is only $16.50 from Dan Murphys.
Good ol' Coopers.. A little bit of the Torrens on the bottom of every stubby.

Took the kids to the drive in last night to see that, what a piece of crap.

Kids agreed, made me feel like I had adhd.

Yeah, it was a bit clunky. And for all the pyrotechnics, it was strangely flat most of the time. Until the “This Song’s Gonna Get Stuck Inside Your Head” sequence.

That song is stuck inside my head, on constant f@%king loop.

Then again, after Spider-Verse a helluva lot of animated films are gonna feel pretty meh for awhile...

It's better than all the "piss in a bottle" most beers seem to be these days and all the bearded hipster douche craft beers that all seem to taste the same.

Something that irks me and pleases me in equal measure is that Coopers sells a good deal cheaper in WA than locally brewed beers like Little Creatures and Feral Hop Hog, even when it's not on special, which it frequently is. Pirate Life beers are in a different postcode though price wise.

Mosaic is of the gods!

Do you mean the blue and orange? Haven't tried it yet actually.

Have had: Mosaic, Stout, IIPA, Throwback, Pale Ale... think that's it.
have one of these at home, but had it on tap also at the Grand Opening:

They had a Vanilla Milkshake IIPA or something like that on tap as well which was amazing.

just watched spiderverse last night. was fantastic.

just disappointed i didn't go see it in the cinema

Why on earth would you buy a six pack

I've heard of people purposely not buying a carton because they can't trust themselves not to drink the whole thing.

Yeah, it’s incredible, breathtaking and groundbreaking, it’ll have a seismic influence for donkeys.

Yeah, yeah, I know the Oscars are studio politics and marketing bullshit but it should’ve at least got a Best Picture nom.

Green Book farken lulz

where does this nonsense come from?

it's the carlton draught/vb/iron jack whatever garbage that all tastes the same.

craft beer covers a massive variety of styles. if you think an ipa tastes the same as a stout or a porter or a gose or a wheat beer or a saison or a barleywine...

shit poor IPAs can taste similar, because they aren't very good. also if you aren't used to drinking bitter beers then you won't notice the difference anyway.

there's a massive difference between say west coast IPAs vs east coast or english IPAs

Pale Ale is my least favourite Coopers. Session or Vintage Ale is where it's at.

Obviously there would be difference between lagers, ales and whatnot but i am not a beer drinker (i very rarely drink any alcohol) and the few craft beers i have tried have been around what a mate has recommended and have all been pale ales (not ipas) and (again this is just my opinion) have very similar fruity/ hoppy taste.

Imagine where the human race could be if we weren’t slowed down by these people.

Every comment is basically fluoride is poison (how the government benefits by poisoning people is something none of them seem to want to say?)

And so many stories of anecdotal evidence.

It’s actually fluoride is a mind control agent that calcifies the pineal gland and makes people easier to manipulate.

Conspiracy theorists who don’t even know the conspiracy are useless.

I tried that and it's good but I didn't really get any whiskey tones at all. Seemed like a standard stout to me.

That was so nice. Vanilla Malt Thickshake IPA. Could smash a few of those without blinking.

fair enough, but there aren't too many craft brewers around that just pump out pales exclusively. i don't think it's fair to label it exclusively as a hipster thing, i drink craft beers because they taste better, that's all.

pale is alright when your only choice at a restaurant is that or VB/draught/heineken/stella or something

Exactly. It's all I drank in my formative years but we're so spoiled for choice these days that it's never my first option.
