edgeman, why does the band act like the albums from 1981-1988 don't exist when they play live? Even from FTATRWSY, they only play the title track.
Would be great if they pulled out a Guns for Hire or Inject the Venom.

My guess is the underwhelming reception of those albums has made them think the music they made then isn't popular with their crowd - maybe they're right but even some casuals would know Heatseeker or Who Made Who etc.
I agree I would love to hear Fly on the Wall.
Even the instrumental tracks from Who Made Who would be cool and give Brian a rest.

They're doing that because Axl encouraged them to do it during his stint with the band. Axl was the one who wanted to sing Riff Raff and Touch Too Much and all that stuff, and it just stayed that way.
But I shan't stand by and have the good name of Sink The Pink besmirched.

Got to give them credit, unbelievable to think Angus & Brian are in their 70's and still smashing it out.
Malcom (RIP) was always the brains behind all the iconic riffage, and Angus would follow his rhythm.
Unfortunately, they are now half the band they were compared to back in the day, still much respect regardless of look & age...
