Piers Morgan is a campaigner but he at least seems to have a line of what he'll defend and will call his side out if they go beyond that line, which sadly puts him ahead of most conservatives these days.
This post is not to be taken as praise for Piers Morgan. He hasn't gotten better. The people around him have just gotten worse.

We had a good ol white boy Australian commit an act of terrorism in NZ in 2019. 50 dead. Broadcast live. But you just know he doesn't consider such acts by those types of folks as terrorism.
No - he went to New Guinea because that's where he was sent.
My Grandfather was born in Scotland, immigrated to Australia and went to Gallipoli with the AIF at the age of 16 - he lied about his age of course. Was evacuated from Gallipoli and subsequently captured in France and served his time as a POW.
My father was a trainee pilot who thankfully never saw combat. My brother was a nasho in the Vietnam War and was seriously wounded in his first year and still suffering from those injuries.
All of them heroes in my eyes, despite the fact they were just doing what they were ordered to do. Reckon most posters here have similar stories about their own relatives.
But I'm sure as heck not going to pretend their actions has anything to do with events of the past week. Or that I have the right to use their actions as justification for my own political views in 2025. Reckon they would slap me down if I dared do so.

Well that’s gets to my biggest piss off about Australia, our laws.
You as I do hear horrible things done that virtually go unpunished in Australia now.
Prime example is that stupid mole on the e scooter who was so drunk she could hardly stand who ran over and killed that guy in Perth.
He was married with two kids who have medical conditions.
What happens ? This peace of trash gets 4,years and with good behavior gets out in two years.
The majority of people are sick and tired of what’s happening to Australia, I can see massive trouble here in the next 20 years if things don’t change.
People get killed all over the world everyday by all sorts of people from every religion and background.
So people like you just want to turn a blind eye to what’s going on in your own country and think well it happens everywhere else so what.
They have been fighting there for years and will be fighting long after I’m dead that’s a shoe in.
As long as they don’t bring there crap to Australia it’s not a problem.
Hundreds of thousands people die in places like Sudan and nobody gives a fk.
The Middle East will forever be a trouble spot all we should be focusing on is not letting it spread in our society.
Someone tell Brenton Tarrant he might be a bit disappointed to find this out
