Tunneling! Dangerous practice

I don't know if tunneling is the right word for it but I saw three instances tonight of Craig Bolton allowing Riewoldt to fly for the ball and then just taking his legs out from under him.

Twice Riewoldt fell very solidly, forunately not on his head and no lasting damage done.

Will it take a serious injury for someone to look at this?

Yes, I think it is called tunneling, and there are rules in place to penalise it. If it's not being picked up, the umpires are being negligent.
