How disgusting by Fairfax.

We're supposed to feel sorry for someone who's feelings are getting hurt as they walk past a statue and ponder what a historical figure did 200 years ago..

But 8 people have died, people's homes are still underwater and more lives at risk and Fairfax decides to blame it all on them for apparently creating climate change by themselves.

University quality publication and its no wonder they're going broke.

The author states that Houston is major centre of operations of oil and gas industry, therefore contributed. To climate change which has been known for "200 years" that changing gases in atmosphere will cause changes in climate.

While climate change is probably real it seems poorly timed at best to try and single out a population currently being flooded, particularly to an audience reading article that is not Houston.
