Good to see Oscar sneak in.

Good to see Oscar sneak in.
Apparently, I had your boy too low after making VM top 24...and a few other changes through the middle/bottom.

I still maintain Oscar is going to explode in the next 24 months. His development slowed for a year or 2, and he's still got another 2 inches to add at least. The way he jumps at the ball for a 185cm is scary, how will he be at 190-195?

Half Back Pocket.

Hate to do this but I think it's 'George' Holderhead.

Also, colour coding please. (Big request.)

Thirdly, interested to see Jack Condello's progress through this thread.

I'm keeping a lid on it for Eli, try not to put too much pressure on him lol Though I suspect it doesn't bother him and he thrives off it. But His underage year should be very interesting to see where he can take his development.

Yeah I rate Oscar a lot. His leap is pretty impressive. Won the Balwyn bnf too. I reckon Zain should have been close in that count.

Harry McLennan I saw play a few times for Fitzroy. Him and Luca Dryden can play from that team.

Do we know when pre-season training starts for Oakleigh?

Whats the * stand for? Bottom agers?

The * is for kids who played for different States at the Carnival. In this list because they played CTL. but i should probably have Seb Crelley and Duke in this list as well...

Oakleigh = 24th November (with no Coach:'(). Phase 1 runs until the week of the 15th Dec

Yeah, they might want to get onto that asap. Finding a new coach. What a real shame.
I'll be counting on you for Eli (Luke, Ted too) updates this summer haha.
I imagine the first phase squad would be pretty large.

I think someone mentioned on here previously...Ash is just a star!! The kids loved him, most would say he's the best coach they've had.

Hope he does well at AFL level, but maybe just not at Carlton

Agree. Why does it have to be them!

Ive met him a few times, and most recently at the Oakeligh v YJFL scratch match, and always so nice and friendly to chat.
I remember when he took over there probably was question marks given Oakleigh lost a ton of games early, but he seemed to got the group clicking after the initial period.
Tough role to replace.

From what I understand, Tassie get access to 6 bottom agers (this age group) and 6 the year after, to pre-drafted and play in their VFL side as well as gain valuable development 12 months earlier than the rest.
Its Sunday. Its raining and I am bored so here are my 6 Suggestions from what I have seen .... and in no particular order.

SA - Pilot
VC - Brand
VC - Thompson
VM - Stratford
VM - Barker
WA - Walsh

Thoughts? Agree or disagree?
Kid's gotta agree, right?

Pilot is part of Port's NGA, so he'd have to agree to sit out the draft and go into the open draft, and move to tassie at 17 to play vfl

Garrett has been told to consider his options in regard to Tassie

Not that he has been told yes or no but industry figures have advised him its on the cards and he needs to assess how he sees his next 2 years

Added: Tassie would have a list of 150-200 kids that they are keeping an eye on and the same advice would be given to most of them also

Jack Dowling? Related to Billy?

IMO, there's no way Walsh, Pilot etc are going to sign with Tassie. Why would they? They are guaranteed to be drafted on their current trajectory.

They already get full access to all the kids from Tassie, i'd imagine it will be players ranked from 25+ that end up as signings

Pilot is Port NGA so he's off limits
