Problem with editing TAR always was that one small mistake would crash the whole game.

Really? Nothing like that ever happened for me when using TAR. However, footy fanatic used to crash heaps for me, especially when editing players.

Only glitch I've noticed with TAR is that one day I noticed some guy from Sydney was aged about 2000 years old. He retired though.....

Was probably forced out...nowadays you're no good unless you're under 1000 years old.

Does anyone know if it's possible to edit the weight, height and age of pre-existing players in this? I have tried doing it, but every time I do they end up going back to what they were originally.

Is my only option to re-make the player, in order to get their age right?

I can edit their salary and other ratings fine it's just those personal details won't stay changed. Is there some way you can get these to stick?

I was going to give them a go. The draftees are a bit hard to do though as there isn't a whole lot of info out there. I'm just going through the team boards trying to get a vague indication of what kind of player they are.

Oh god I used to absolutely love this game. Would spend hours on end playing it. When they stopped updating the lists i was shattered and lost interest.

These days i've transferred my management game obsession to International Cricket Captain. Obsessed with it haha.

Any 2010 lists?

If it helps maybe there could be a way to get a bf member of a different supported team to give there ratings and then that way we have a bit more help if one of us decides to create it. I am tempted to do it but I only know the WA teams quite well.

Recently re-downloaded the game and currently working on 2011 lists. So far i have deleted all delisted players and retired players and moved players to there right clubs. I have also Completed 3 team lists Adelaide, Carlton and Fremantle.
For player ratings i have been going off player profiles from the teams website but i'm confident i have placed them in their right positions and rated them fairly.
Looking to have all lists done shortly and up for all that still play

ive got a problem. everytime i finish a season i get a message that says:
"Run time error: '55' file already open"
and then it crashes :/ any help please?
