Is that a bad joke, I thought Moloy would come back and I still think he will to exploid the lack of hight in the Sydney defense

I think this is alright, I don't think Sydney are that short on defence. Barry would of taken Molloy. Fraser and McKee and even Walker could stretch out the defence. Williams is lucky, I'd rather Leon in the side than him. A few weeks in Willy wil do Willo good.

I would have given Neon Leon a final chance for 2003 at the expense of Williams.

Cole should never be dropped and Walker should be kept in for back up becuase if Clokey or Wakelin go out with injury we are screwed.

agreed

I think an unchanged team at this time of the year is a good thing.
I think the only possible change could have been MooBoy, but I am happy with it as it stands.
Good to see Heath still there.

"Screw the Collingwood team, we beat Brisbane who beat them, so that means we will win!"

Come on mate, it doesn't work like that
We match up very well with you.

Yeah I agree that it's good to have a settled side, but does that mean the Molloy/Davis won't get a nother chance, I think we need molloy simply for his physicall presence around the ball in the finals.....Leon on the other hand turns in one once maybee twice a month...

Physical presence is overrated if you cant get the ball and kick it straight.

Yes but what is the use of having ball getters in the side for the finals when you play a very physicall Essendon or Brisbane and you don't have any hard men to counter attack the pressure!!!

Other than Barry Hall, who are Sydneys other hard men?
We have managed to beat Essendon, and Brisbane twice.
As Hotpie said, overrated.

Happy with the side.

Very happy they didn't choose Molloy. Not because I don't like him but because a Leo Barry or a Kennelly would create chaos running off him all day (that’s how there gameplan starts off).

If there was anyone to bring in it would have to be Roop. BOG for Willi and he would suit this match (Forward line pressure + Pace).

Hard as individuals? or Hard as a unit?

Yes them guys are tough, idividually but as a group we have no physical presence. A team like Kangeroos force you to keep an eye over your shoulder.

No1 on our list compares to Hall when comparing physical presence, nor do they match Archer,Stevens,Voss,Lynch, brad and chris scott, Solomon,King, Stafford,Everitt,Vandenberg, Darcy. Its also a thing the Dockers are lacking.

If you look at the roos list you will discover thet as individuals you will rate the pies players as tougher, but as a group the Kangers are much tougher then our pies.

.

Bulltish. We are as hard as they come, individually and as a team. Second only to Brisbane. North this year have been soft as butter, apart from a few isolated sniping incidents this week.

We don't need Molloy to make us tougher - that kind of thinking went out in the 70's. We need Molloy to take marks and kick and set up goals. And to run out at least half a game. He hasn't been doing that enough so he is out. Simple.
