Onya, Geoffa, you are the Matthew Hayden of Bay 13. You gotta love a good Prawn recipe. But did you know that the secret to prawns is that they are great when they are fresh but shocking when they have gone off. The same applies to champion footballers. Some players don’t know when to hang them up. Case in point, Darren Jarman.

An undisputed champion in his day, poor old Fudd even admits that he struggled at the end of 2001. Recording only 5, 9 10 and 3 disposals in his last 4 games the Camry Crows coaching staff had taken a King Prawn and left it in the sun for way too long.

Fudd’s last game was the 68 point loss to Carlton in the 2001 Elimination final. This was a watershed game for the Camry Crows as it saw the departure of their last two effective forwards and began their reign as a defensive boring team with nothing to offer in the forward 50.

Matthew Robran didn’t play in any Grand Finals in 2005, 2006, 2007 or 2008. But then again he wasn’t playing in those years. He was playing in 2001. And like Darren Jarman he played for a little bit too long. In his last five games he got 6, 1, 2, 2 and 3 disposals. Also like Jarman he played his last game in that 68 point loss to Carlton. With their departure the Camry Crows have been bereft of a forward of the calibre of Jarman, Robran or Tredrea ever since.

Yes Craig has a poor finals record. Since taking over as coach in late 2004 Craig has managed to go 2 and 5 in finals. In the same period Williams has managed to go 6 and 2 in finals.

And do you know who has played in all seven of them finals and who also epitomises the Camry Crows at the same time. Scott Thompson, that’s who. Drafted by Melbourne in the 2000 AFL Draft he debuted in 2001 struggling to get a regular gig in the side. He only played 27 games in his first three seasons with Melbourne. Having noticed that Scott is a front runner who often goes missing in big games he was traded to the Camry Crows where he has missed very few games.

Scott has polled well in the Brownlow medal but usually only in good wins against low rank teams. In 2008 Scott polled 15 Brownlow votes. This includes 15 votes against teams that finished outside the top 8 and 0 votes against top 8 teams.

In his spare time Scott likes to design women’s underwear.

Coming from someone who has disgraced the "black and white" colours means very little footyfreak. Your time of blackmailing the AFL will soon come to an end and then your record will only get worse.....well maybe not worse, it cant really get any worse than it already is. The richest club in the league with the best facilities and the best incentives to get the best players (i.e. appearing on Eddies show) and you still cannot get the spolis of victory. Your team is the joke of all jokes, people dont even hate your team anymore like they used to due to your lack of success.

You remember Bucks dont you footyfreak? He was your Captain who played over 200 esteemed games for your "proud" club and came away with........with.......sweet f*ck all.

At least he won a premiership somewhere during his playing days. Hmmmm, now where was that, I know it wasnt with the Colliwobbles but it was with another team who actually made the black and white colours proud?????

Don't care if they cured cancer or landed on Mars. There is only one cure to the disease you get from contact with Port Adelaide and that is through the clensing putiry of an AFC geurnsey. Sadly for those buggers, the cure wasn't around back then, they stood no chance.
