I read the following in Wallace's article in the HS:

Not just sensational. Legendary!!!

Nothing would make me happier in life than winning a GF with Wallace in the next 5 years. I'd give anything to see the look on Sheedy's face that the club has finally outgrown his childish antics and teasing.

whats even funnier is in 3 years time Sheedy will have to retire from coaching as we wont be available to give him another term at the bombers.

When we were all debating about sheedy 6 weeks ago i said that it came down to one scenario . Does Sheedy still have the fire in the belly or is he just an aging man sitting in the comfort zone drifting quietly into retirement ? I think that has been answered . The joke is seriously on Essendon . If Sheedy had the fire in his belly i have no doubt that he would have had a crack at Richmond , remember the old quote last time the contract negotiations were on " Who do you love more , your daughter or your son" It didn`t suit him this time did it .

He comes with a pretty hefty drinks rider nowadays, I hear ....
