Upgrade Targets

Liking the look of Jack Steven past fortnight. Breaking the shackles of an interrupted start & needs to clean up his eff, but I liked his energy & hunger for the contest (36 disp/8 tackles) on sat. Got a reasonable draw coming up pre bye too

At 495k he's def on my radar as a value upgrade from Parfitt this week.

I am just concerned that i should probably be looking to get Laird in instead of Martin.

2 spots left in DEF and Laird needs to be in. Little piggy

I'm waiting a few weeks. At least until SPP's bye.

Although if Myers comes in soon and carves it up I'll probably hold off to have him on field as I have one more premium mid to go, other than a luxurious Beams upgrade when my team is complete.

Lloyd in next week at his cheap price.

Rocky or Dusty after that.

Might look at Steele Sidebottom in a few weeks. 465k, 128BE, lowest average of 103 in the last 5 years. Could be a cheap m8/ cover option.

That's true, but I think the main reason for his poorer scores has been disposal efficiency. Has converted 31 touches into a 64, and a 23 touch 1 goal game into a 64.

I have Andrew McGrath in my team. He is a DEF/MID & I have him in as a Defender.
I would like to move him to Midfield, but when I click on "S" for him, I only get the option of Subbing him with other defenders on my bench. Is there ant way I can get him into Midfield?

If you have a MID/DEF player (e.g. Taylor Adams) then you can swap them.

Otherwise, trade out a midfielder, click S to put McGrath into the midfield, and you can then trade in a defender.

Was thinking the same thing. From the 6 rounds we've seen so far, he'd be a lock for fwd next year.

Oh please Giants don't contest the Greene ban. As a Collingwood supporter I was rapt he got two and he deserved two weeks too. But if you challenge will it go up to three? It's lose/lose for me, personally I'm happy with the two weeks but I'm pretty sure unless the AFL goes all corrupt you'll lose. The only chance he has of getting of is being an AFL Giant player. So he's a good chance to get off.

Just take the two weeks and STFU Giants Greene's act was a dogs act.

I'd be very weary of Vince. Hunt has improved, providing a lot of run off half back. Now Hibberd is in, distributing off half back, so even less ball for Vince. He's also used the ball poorly so far this year. I think Vince is done, but worth keeping an eye on him

Last week was Pendles first sub 80 game since Rd3, 2012.

This doesn't come around often, you saw how he bounced back.

FWD's are much harder. They will be my last focus.
