anyone betting on the us open matches starting tonight?

i have had 5 on del potro at 41/1 for title... he has huge game and its an open event here... could of got way better odds but he has won 4 titles in a row so odds been slashed... also had 15 on djokavic hoping he can find his best hardcourt form at 4.25...

anyways some head to head tips would be great if you guys see any good odds... i think spadea is a chance vs safin payin 3.00 depends which marat turns up... you know spadea will at least be solid

yeh i have had a look at the even betting games and taken guccione at $2.00 over levine he beat him 64 63 a few weeks back on hard court and also dancevic who has been solid recently over almagro at 2.14... will do some short price multis involving fed nadal williams etc...

lol he has no chance of winning the open... he just beat duds in 4 tournaments to win them (yes roddick is now considered as a dud with his shocking form of late)

yeh i think safin is actually a bit of a risk against a solid grinder like spadea... especially in front of the USA fans.... haas/gasquet cud go either way both are bit of headcases so whoever shows up to play will win... id take haas straight out at 2.34 there but oh well

niemienin shud beat jenkins, querrey cud be dangerous vs berdych but u shud be ok... serra is pretty underated but scheuttler showed good wimbledon form and hasplayd well at aussie on hardcourts so yer... robredo isnt iffy he will win and i am a fan of andreev he shud be ok... dunno ull still need a bit of luck normally 1 leg falls down badly like last night i had olivier rochus over an american de heart who id never heard of... de heart won 6-4 in the 5th to destroy my multi

never heard of de voest or machado so dunt know there.. while hyung taik lee has shown brilliance before so thats worth a stab..

i lost $15 last night on multis so i whacked 100 on fish to beat our aussie boy smeets at 1.12 lol... skinny odds yes but i cant see an upset here.. ill get burnt trying to play catch up like this but hey... eg james blake was 1.08 into 1.06 today vs donald young and he only scrapped through 6-4 in 5th....

oh i have $ 5 on dancevic to defeat almagro at 2.14 hes into 2.07 so a tad of support there as the tennis odds barely change unless its DAVYDENKO LOL
also $5 on the guccione ahaha 2.00 vs levine at 1.80 as he beat levine easily on hardcourt a few weeks back so ill go with the aussie here

other chances if u guys want a stab:

Lappenti over Lu-yensun at $1.82 vs 1.97.. lappenti has shown some decent form of late shud be too tough
Kunitsyn over verdasco at 5.50--- way over the odds here!! shud be maybe a 1.60 vs 2.20 match here in favour of verdasco.. he aint that good
thomas johannson $3.95 vs Guilbis--- Guilbis still inexperienced Johanssoon capable of some great tennis still
Starace over Stepanak at $4.05-- good value hes a solid player and stepanak is an ugly fish face lol who dates hot women so i hate him

Kunitsyn, johanson and starace are worth chuckin a 5 or 10 on i rekn at least one will salute so ull make a small profit at least




del potro did well to steady the ship today vs an experienced countrymen in canas who would know his game inside out... a very good win... he will make 1/4's id say havnt seen his draw though if he has to confronta nadal or fed early... will be nadals main challenge at rolland garros next year

bad lack Tam... safin just scraped through but you bombed on scheuttler, gasquet and berdych... tennis is so hard to predict at times

my two bets dancevic and guccione havnt even lined up yet!! the us open scheduling is screwed~!!

my cover bet fish $100 at 1.12... is on court now 2-2 vs smeets he better not give me stress lol i want an easy straight setter

i have a multi of jankovic, ivanovic, safina, dementieva and kanepi $5 at 1.83 waiting for kanepi to win so thats my only other bet at the moment.. cyaa

well my cover bet of $100 on fish to beat our aussie boy smeets saluted was a bit of hard work fish looked terrible and tired in dropping the 2nd set but he recovered to win in 4..

kanepi leads 6-0, 2-0 so my $5 multi at 1.83 will be a return while guccione and dancevic play tonight finally for their first round match!!

ill take a look at the odds for 2moro's game now i have some cash back in the account!

Wayne Odesnik $1.65 (again liked his h2h record)
Stanislas Wawrinka $1.20 (very reliable)
Patty Schynder $1.16 (lucky, never backing her again, i should know)
Tamira Paszek $2.30(rough but liked h2h win v kirilenko early this yr)
Ana Ivanovic $1.11 (world no1)
$7.55 x $20= $151 return

happy to get off the mark early, wimbledon and french werent as fruitful as in past years so have bit of ground to make up. i expect safin to win next couple, havent seen draws but proven hardcourter and more importantly performs at US open, and dangerously unpredictable so TAB w***ers may give us odds on marat. like kolscriebers game on hardcourts, and will be very interested to see tsongas performance on hardcourt again, how far inside the baseline will he play lol

Benneatau the dirty frenchman who played cilic withdrew at 2-5 down in the 5th so that means that leg of the bet is void but if it is a multi you should get a payout but the odds of the cilic match wont be calculated

its pissed me off as i had cilic in a 6 leg multi of djokovic, tursonov, cilic, del potro, nadal and kolschreiber... so now instead of getting $2.60 odds it prb be closer to only $2 as long as nadal, del potro and kols win.. so annoying that he quit with 1 game left its low...

well dancevic was no match for almagro in the end but the guccione got through! and dunno wat happened to pasczek after beating kirelenko she bombed 6-1 6-2 today.. wont bet on unknown women anymore
