Here is PART 4

Donald Trump was sworn in as president of the United States on Monday 20th January, 2025 in Washington DC.

The Assassination of Charlie Kirk

Take Note

Anti-trans commentary and nastiness will be deleted and warnings issued.

If you're assuming his lawsuits will be successful you're obviously conceding they have merit. He launched these lawsuits against Biden's DOJ before winning back the presidency and he has mused on the dilemma it now presents. He concluded those musings with this definitive statement though. “But whatever happens, it’s all going to good charities. Is that ok? All going to good charities." So to answer you question I think that would be a good thing.
it might be possible to believe that from anyone else.

Depends what you mean by captured I suppose. It's fairly expected and routine to see a DOJ carrying out the bidding of an administration.
You mean like telling the Attorney General to prosecute people he doesn't like?

What happened to Trump in his first presidency was not routine at all.
What he did wasn't exactly routine.

and you actually believe this? :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy:

Why wouldn't I?

He's done it in the past. For instance (1) ABC News Defamation Settlement. ABC News agreed to pay $15 million to Donald Trump’s presidential library to settle a defamation lawsuit. The suit stemmed from an on-air claim that Trump had been "found liable for rape," which misstated a civil jury's verdict.

(2) Meta Platforms Settlement:Meta (parent company of Facebook and Instagram) settled a lawsuit for $25 million, with $22 million specifically allocated to the Trump presidential library fund.

(3) Paramount (60 Minutes) Settlement: In July 2025, Trump settled a case against Paramount for $16 million, all of which went to the presidential library fund.

I've never said we do. I only used a chart to prove YOU were fat. Pretty ironic I thought since you've been poking fun at Trump's weight for a long time.
Totally agree... I bumped in to Bourbons at the mall recently and you could see he was really struggling. Clearly too fat for his golf pants, smashing a Big Mac and slurping a Diet Coke as if there was no tomorrow, orange makeup all over his face, the most carefully constructed combover you've ever seen and waiting for the lift rather than walk down a flight of stairs. Dear oh dear, what a sight!

'Pushing' does not 'equal'.

97.5 when I jumped on a week or so ago.

I took "pushing 100" to mean closer to 100 than that. Mainly because you chose to give us the conversion to pounds figure (220) at the same time. 97.5 kg is 214 lbs. It's a lot different.

I'm a bit fat though, no mistake.

The Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Fund, a nonprofit established in late 2024, was administratively dissolved by Florida officials in September 2025 for failing to file annual reports and disclose donations, even as plans for a physical library in downtown Miami progressed with a land transfer and significant fundraising by a related entity, the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation. This foundation, established in May 2025, plans to raise hundreds of millions, drawing funds from media settlements and seeking tax-exempt status, though the initial fund's closure raises questions about financial transparency and the future of the library project.

"Administratively dissolved by Florida officials". It was declared inactive in September 2025 by Florida officials for failing to file an annual report. Why is it inactive? It was hastily created in December 2024 to accept the ABC News settlement. The newer entity Donald Trump Presidential Library Foundation, Inc., was established in May 2025 and currently holds the millions in legal settlements from media companies like ABC, Meta, and Paramount.

If you're assuming his lawsuits will be successful you're obviously conceding they have merit. He launched these lawsuits against Biden's DOJ before winning back the presidency and he has mused on the dilemma it now presents.
Close, he's mused on his ability to award the money to himself and decided that he can if needed.
All sounds fine, nothing to see here 🤡:tearsofjoy:

He concluded those musings with this definitive statement though. “But whatever happens, it’s all going to good charities. Is that ok? All going to good charities." So to answer you question I think that would be a good thing.
Ah, so your contention that its fine rests on Donnie's impeccable track record with charities. Going well :tearsofjoy:

I'm sure the charities he chooses will be acceptable to all - will it be TPUSA or The Heritage Foundation? In any case, good that you're now on record as being fine with a POTUS unilaterally ripping anywhere from $230M to $1B out of the taxpayer and funneling it to any cause he personally deems worthwhile with no oversight. Seems like you're not so concerned about taxpayer funds after all, who woulds thunk eh?

No, it isn't lol and that's not what happened in Biden's admin.

What happened to Trump in his first presidency was not routine at all.
What Trump did at the end of his 1st term wasn't routine at all either, utterly unprecedented for a sitting POTUS in fact.

Anyhow, cunning waffle mate but I'm not seeing any answers in there. Have another go?
How would you compare Trump's DoJ to previous versions? As captured? More? Less? If they are captured, is that still bad?

Not at all, I'm pro fat lol. What I've been poking fun at is Trump's flailing pretense that he isn't fat and the farcical numbers regarding that he's continually put out. And weirdos like you for believing and regurgitating it of course, I do like poking fun at you guys too :tearsofjoy:

You also believed Trump's doc in the 1st term when he said if he only improved his diet he could live to 150 or something, didn't you? :tearsofjoy:

Why wouldn't you indeed, chef's kiss mate :tearsofjoy:

Haha shit, of course Trump's presidential library is the "charity" he's kindly donating his legal winnings to, silly me :tearsofjoy:

So you're arguing Biden's DOJ never did anything his administration wanted it to?

Anyhow, cunning waffle mate but I'm not seeing any answers in there. Have another go?

Missed this part?

"Depends what you mean by captured I suppose."

Look, if we're running with your suggestion that Biden's DOJ never did anything his administration wanted it to :roflv1: then you are obviously arguing Biden's DOJ wasn't "captured". Of course that depends on what you mean by that word. Maybe you can enlighten us precisely what you do mean.

Lucky I had my trackies on, just between us my cankles aren't looking great either :tearsofjoy:

Ballpark mate, I wasn't expecting a multi page, 8 post extended treatise on it. My bad really, forgot who I was dealing with :tearsofjoy:

Not as fat as dear leader though ;)

And boy doesn't it trigger you (for some inexplicable reason :tearsofjoy:)

Look inward mate. It takes two to argue. In this case it's more than two because you jumped in when I merely pointed out to darrenmorgan that the 4.8% body fat claim was disinformation.

I'm arguing Trump's crimes were numerous and obvious, required prosecution and that Biden actually took steps to firewall himself off from Merrick Garland regarding any Trump prosecution decisions. I know these facts wouldn't have penetrated the MAGA bubble you reside in but its actually what happened.

Just a little different than Trump tagging Pam Bondi in a public twitter post asking her to go after his perceived and political enemies, yeah? Can I at least get you within shouting distance of reality on that one? :tearsofjoy:

Haha, nice try.

I'm not sure about 'never', but no we don't need to further define the word beyond the standard dictionary meaning. You're battling manfully here to avoid acknowledging how stupid you now look considering your previous posting on the subject, but come on mate just get it over with, it'll be ok - Trump exerts a far greater degree of control (a comical degree of control really, considering how things are supposed to work) over his DoJ than Biden, yes or no?

Yeah of course you are silly. Trying to suggest a presidential library foundation isn't a charity. Let me guess no problem believing Clinton's was a charity but Trump's can't be? :roflv1:

View attachment 2505838
Sure, they're charities. I just think of stuff like, oh I dunno, UNICEF, World Vision, Red Cross etc when I hear the word.

Like I said, silly me. Of course it would be going to Donnie's library :tearsofjoy:

Imagine believing

a) 6'0 and a touch under 100kg is "worse shape than Trump"

Imagine believing that when you said pushing 100 kg and went on to give us the conversion to pounds (220) you actually meant 214 lbs. 🤣

Yeah mate. 214 lbs is totally what you believably meant by "a touch" under 220 lbs. We all have no problem whatsoever believing such a statement, especially when coming from an inveterate liar such as yourself.
