Saw Longhurst jag a rare win at Amaroo vs the Nissans , Sierras and Commos in 90 ( or 91 )
Won't miss the Utes.

Yeah he wasn't bad. I remember being particularly good in the first year of super touring. Best of the rest behind Long Hurst and Morris in the factory BMWs.

Rydell in the Volvo wagon, I think Tony Scott ran one here in the early days.
Those BTCC days were awesome, the names are still there but its lost a lot of its lustre. Menu, Rydell, Tarquini, Warwick etc.... even Nige managed a couple of massive shunts.
Back here you had Morris, Geoff Brabham, Murphy, BJ, Richo, even Brocky in the Volvo.

I reckon Paul Radisich could've been the best non-F1 driver, not named Nigel Mansell, in the world in 93. Due to his performances in the Mondeo.
