FWIW new vafa president creating a big footy account and the Herald Sun doing a write up on Div1-Div4 recruits, what other nuggets does 2024 have in store? Bedford as the new mod?

A field umpire who is 45m from the goals should not overturn a goal saying it's touched , only if they can clearly see it go the wrong side of the post , cost 2 goals , not the game

In seniors? Didn’t you have official VAFA goal umpires? Field umpires should never be overruling them.

Not according to the VAFA. But what would I know, I'm only the guy who organises the umpires for my club.

Hmm we will agree to disagree. The one that gets me are those clubs with 7 “coaches” and plenty of water carriers but they can’t supply a boundary. Then whinge when a close out on the full results in a ball up. But what would I know?

It’s Thirds football… lol dropped to have a massive day at the club. Im sure they’ll cope..

Then again, for some playing footy is the highlight of their week even if it is Thirds.

On the other hand, not having to play football with Dave Hughes is probably a positive.

Wonder if the women’s team will block transfer again? They don’t rate EFL women’s program! Surely club will fold if they don’t move to EFL

Sorrento toffs own the MPFNL, Cranbourne have been trying to get in for years only to get knocked back because Sorrento think Cranbourne is 3rd world

They have probably enquired at some point to be told don't even bother.

What was left of their players jumped ship to Wyndham Suns to play in the local league and not have to drive 1hr+ for every road trip...

Can't believe their women want to play in a league where they could be at 9.20am in brighton...
