Former Liberal opposition leader and Port Adelaide supporter Dale Baker has passed away aged 73, just over two years after being diagnosed with motor neurone disease.

Sadly Dale did not survive to see Port Adelaide (Power and Magpies) win premierships as he stated at the time he was diagnosed.
