Got booked by our Council revenue raisers at Bowaggin yesterday. Parked on grass 100 meters West of entry for quick getaway.
Ticket offence reads
'On defined nature strip or footpath in Built up Area. '
I'm seriously considering contesting it.
One l don't believe it's a built up area (no residential for Kms) and also no Signs and it's hardly a nature strip or footpath. It's a bit of grass by the side of the Road in the middle of nowhere.
Thoughts?
