bower hurt his knee last week and he has had surgery and will be out for 4-6 weeks.

jr was ok today. he had 20 touches and was unlucky not be in the best imo. he starting to look more confident.

i liked the game of flint today as well. imo smith does not have a future at carlton. he will be lucky to be retained at the end of he year.

I completely concur. One Houlihan is too many sometimes

The sooner we can afford to bring back the Carlton reserves/VFL team the better. Get all the kids playing as a unit together and developing & growing a team bond. Nothing against the bullants as a club but we are CARLTON first & foremost.

Totally agree with that, cant see any point us dominating at VFL when our kids arent getting a go. Weve got lots of VFL stars who struggle at AFL level and dont have a future.
