I match that didn't get to any high standard but the Bullants made the best out of it getting out to a 6 goal lead by half time and never looked like losing the game. Best for the Bullants were Bowyer,Davies,Raso and McGrath. For the Coburg Tigers their best were Foley,Jackson,Rayson and Pattison. Brett Hartigan the only injury from the game he did his hamstring 5 mins into the 1st Qtr.

DOLPHINS BEAT CATS IN FIRST HALF BLITZ

Geelong 2-1-13 3-2-20 5-4-34 6-5-41

Crowd: 3000 at Frankston Park

A great first half by the Dolphins dominating all over the ground led by players such as McCormack, Mariglani and Ablett. Frankston by 61 points at half time. After half time though it was a different story, lots of mistakes from both sides with Frankston out scoring Geelong 2-10 to 3-3 in the 2nd half including 9 behinds in a row. But a great win for the Dolphins in front of an excellent crowd enjoying the free admission hopefully some of them will be back for Frankston's game against Werribee next Sunday.

MRobbo were you at the Coburg V Bullants game? If so how did young Raso look for the Bullants? I see he was named in the best.

Frankie Raso had a good game on Saturday after spending most on the 1st quarter on the bench after a head clash with Eric Kuret.
