Just for some trivia in 2006 there are no double up numbers like previous years all AFL listed players that play for their VFL clubs have high numbers.

Here is the highest number player for AFL aligned clubs not including Geelong

Bendigo Bombers(Essendon) No.78 Andrew Lovett
Box Hill Hawks(Hawthorn) No.77 Rick Ladson
Casey Scorpions(St Kilda) No.79 Andrew Thompson
Coburg Tigers(Richmond) No.81 Andrew Kellaway
North Ballarat (Kangaroos) No.64 Daniel Wells
Northern Bullants (Carlton) No.77 Ryan Houlihan
Sandringham(Melbourne) No.79 Matthew Whelan
Tasmania(Kangaroos) No.63 Brent Harvey
Werribee (Western Bulldogs) No.76 Ryan Hargrave
Williamstown (Collingwood) No.79 Brodie Holland

There are AFL senior players not allocated numbers but if they are injured and return to the VFL for a game or two they get the next highest number.

Our oldest player is 23 from quick glance.

Thats gotta be a huge concern for the Box Hill faithful. How much of last seasons senior/leadership players are left?

Looking at your playing list.. The highest number of games is 78, then three others just at or over the 50 game mark.

At Port, two players at 100 games or more, three players between 80 and 90 games.

Jumper number 81 for Kellaway is pretty impressive... That'd be the biggest number going around in the VFA/VFL for quite some time.

Looks like wet weather for this last round of practice matches... can't wait.
