Game on tomorrow down Springvale way, the Kolonel will probably brave the cold and poverty to venture down there and see what happens.

If I go there will be the usual blog report up as I know you all missed it last week. Its nice to know people care....

I don't know exactly what Nanana is suggesting but I'm guessing that Ronny was given the ass against his will, dont know the thinking of the club behind it. Maybe they wanted a fresh voice and to utilise Watts skills elsewhere?

My relibale source ... the Chant Guy was speaking to Ron Watt and got the impression Watt was forced out of the Job. Watt was a great VFL coach perhaps they wanted him elsewhere. Tudor is on thin ice id imagine. Perhaps Garry Hocking could come over and do it next year?

Fairly good blog.

I agree with your assessment regarding the Umpires and the Springvale ground.

However, there wasn't much emphasis (although it was acknowledged) regarding the injuries.

Callan and Mackie were gone after 10 mins, Sheringham didn't reappear after half time, N Ablett was forced to stand in the square after his injury, No.50 couldn't run after qtr time, Sanderson didn't play after half time and Tenace appeared to be chucking up every 5 minutes.

Springvale appeared to have 4 fresh guys eager to get on.

Last week there were only 4 listed players available for selection.

Yeh Like I said i'm not an acredited doctor, nor did i get there are the start of the game to see Mackie and Callan do their injuries.

Didnt notice that about Kano, he still played a great game.

johnson was apparently not in the team not sure why obviously injury related but will play vfl this week.

Tenance surely must come in to the AFL if he is fit.

He needs to put a couple of good games together in the VFL.

Pretty much. Tenace on the wing in the wide open expanses of the MCG would be pretty handy to have during the finals. In the VFL he finds himself in mudpits and getting heavily tagged which means he has to play a different style of game to the one hed be asked to play in the seniors.
