I think Alison Wynd was intrusive to take photos of Bailey with his shorts down, while having back treatment was disreputable. Then to cry poor me when told off by Baz is pathetic.

Wood is disingenuous for her sanctimonious faux outrage. Frankly, I think she was trying to outmanoeuvre Geelong.

Was flicking through Foxtel earlier and saw on the guide: "Classic Final: Haw v Cats" and I shuddered involuntarily.

That reaction says it all really. Unless you're a Collingwood fan stumbling across "Collingwood Grand Finals of the 60s, 70s and 80s", you have no idea of the hold that Hawthorn has over the psyche of fans of my vintage.

All being well, we will know all we need to know 24 hours from now.

I dont think it's just your vintage, it's a credit to their sustained dominace.

If you're in your fifties, Hawthorn dominated your childhood, teens, and early twenties.

If you're in your twenties-thirties, Hawthorn dominated your childhood, or your early adult life. We're talking about generations here.

We all hate them, but it's hard not to respect that...even if there's been a few horrible scandals along the way.

When you've won 13 flags since '61, everyone on this entire forum has a story unfortunately - regardless of age or their club of choice.

Hopefully Geelong can build something similar. We're twenty years in now, another 30-40 to go.
