Horrific game but a handy 4 points considering we yet again kept the other mob in it all day.

A few blokes were pretty unwell apparently, so we'll just sneak off with this win & set ourselves for a sharper effort against the Tigers next week.

broadbridge definatly earned his spot and should keep it

will be interesting if we play all 5 tall defenders

broadbridge definatly earned his spot and should keep it

The beauty of our tall defenders is that they are versatile, broadbridge and wheatley are two of our quicker players so they can play on smaller players if needed and Bizzell can play forward if needed. Play them i say.

but when Bizzell has been played forward he hasnt realli done anything

i have seem him play forward on a few occasions with little 2 no effect.

wat would be great is if Bizzel just had a few more inches on him so he could be a great fullback that could play on the likes of Gerhig and Hall and Lynch, ya know the big forwards

What I'd give to see that piece of play against Adelaide in the 2002 semi final, where he made three efforts in a row which resulted in a goal for our team. I was considering buying that viedo on 'Name A Game' just to see the 2nd and 3rd quarters. Football at it's best. Too bad we lost though.

yeh that was a great game to be at

some of the media folk rated it as one of the best games that year

2 good fight backs, us in the 2nd & Adelaide in the last.

In the first & 3rd each team built good leads, the game had just about everything really.

Totally agree, Broady & Wheats can play on anyone.

I wouldn't rule out Bizzell as a forward, he did some amazing thiongs there for Geelong. He's been more consistent as a defender, but he couldn't be any less consistent than Robbo has been this year.

We know he can play there & it would throw a curve to a few teams as a shock move.
