3 - Newman - Absolutely controlled the match in the first half. Slaughtered Rioli and gave us strength and drive out of defense all day. His best match this year.

2 - Richo - Didn't even have him in the votes up to 3/4 time but that last quarter was a gem. Yet another potential 3-voter come Charlie Night.

1 - Bowden - This bloke just refuses to panic, and barring just a couple of poor disposals (out of 38 !!!) refuses to hand the ball over to anyone but another Tiger player.

With solid games also by Tuck, Simmo and Johnson, it was the day our older blokes stood up as a collective.

Throw in really good performances from Deledio, White, Tambling, Moore (murdered Williams), Thursfield (was Roughead playing?), Cotchin, Morton, Jackson and Polo, and it was a very good day out.

5. Richo - LEGEND! Give him the B&F now, throw in the Brownlow as well.
4. Tuck - Started the season slowly but has really played out of his skin the last 8-10 weeks.
3. Deledio - Playing injured, but still playing well, 29 disposals and a goal.
2. Simmo - Dominated the ruck, was brilliant all day
1. Connors - Gave us the early first half lead, had some great touches.
