They still can add players form permitting to the 18s squad apparently....so still time yet for players who initally missed out...EF premiership ruck Nic Watson from last year has been playing up back for EF, because the powers above thought at 197cm he was too small to ruck...not as good ....been back in the ruck last two games and dominated apparently... leading EF to victory.... hopefully he may get a late berth

I see he's played a couple of league games now. he never made the 18's right? any reason why? could he be a smokey to get picked up?

Spot on....the kid was the one of the top 3 ruckman in the colts comp last year, even though being under age, played a great finals series in EF flag win....this year just as dominant.....expect to him to play league from game 1 in 2019....if at EF that is.

I think they may have finished last weekend but not 100% sure.

Subi don't usually have many PSA kids but this year they do have some.

Mitch Georgiades is a ripper from Hale. Nic Martin from Trinity is a good one also and should make the 18's academy next year.

Definitely will be an interesting pick. Won geraldtons 100 metre sprint last year and came second (to a national champion) in the high jump so that’s what is probably making him appealing to most teams. Did get best on ground in the league grand final as well last year. Jaegar O’Meara last to do it (just edged Jack Martin out in that game for it as well) at that age. This year he hasn’t looked like the best prospect but definitely would be a combination of playing league WAFL for a couple games, and then being left full forward in the colts for majority of the game.

Also doesn’t seem like one of the aboriginal boys who would be homesick. Pretty independent and quiet kid. Haven’t ever heard a story of him getting pissed (on alcohol) or anything so the focus is there. If I’m a Victorian team I’d have no problem picking him up. Not sure he’s a key forward though. Maybe he could be a Michael Johnson.
