See in the worst they said that the Naitanui v Clarke is the start of a dynasty.
They reckon that this will be the Jako v Carey show down of our time.

Hummmpppppfffffff

Great reporting neither have played a game yet and already they are comparing them to 2 absolute Champions of the game, UNBELIEVABLE.

Ebert, JJ and Seaby playing in Mandurah.

Swift, McGinnity, Wilkes, Scooter, Sullivan, Stevenson playing at Lathlain.

Probably missed some.

Peel - 40
West Perth - 57 at half time.

Claremont - 58
Perth - 35

Swans smashing East Perth (Naitanui is the cause of that :D)

Arrowsmith kicked a goal, Ebert kicked a goal, Seaby dominating taps, JoJo solid (bit unlucky when he took a clean pack mark, which wasn't payed and when WP ended up getting a goal from it)

Ebert 12 possessions
Seaby 11

That's all the interesting parts from the WP vs Peel match.

Natanui solid so far. One passage where he used his pace to beat 3 blokes then handballed to a teammate in about 10 metres of space....

But in general just solid.

McGinnity has some sort of leg injury. Was being helped off the ground by the trainers when a Perth player ran by with the ball. McGinnity pushed the trainers away and got to the kick to smother it.

What a kid.

EDIT: McGinnity seems fine now, commentators suggesting it was just very bad cramp.

McGinnity was about to come back on before 3 quarter time and started in the centre circle beginning of the 4th

S. Selwood travelled with the Eagles.. Being an emergency, though. Might be called up?

Ashley Smith has had 16 disposals, 14 have been kicks.

18 for McGinnity and Stevenson.

Wilkes has had 17.

Swift 11 to 3 quarter time.

By that you mean he hitched a lift to Subi? :p

Okay Swannies time to gloat for you you absolutely smashed us today.

Thank god for glancy for us, a least someone played well for us.

Man swans where good today, just to good all over the ground.

just posted this on the WAFL board...

Good game by the Swans but should have still been far better.

Naitanui was good in his return to the league side. Came off at the 12 minute mark of each quarter but played a little more of the last I think. He dominated in the ruck contests but was clearly not match fit around the ground. Did a few nice things, took some good grabs, laid some hard hits, applied constant pressure and shrugged a few tackles.

The East Perth ruckman, Freo-listed Zac Clarke was very impressive around the ground. He should be playing in purple.

A lack of discipline hampered the Swans game with Spencer conceding 3 50m penalties and Hansen a few too. Hansen was also pretty good though, not sure how many he kicked but he was a constant threat but the controversial push out rule in a marking contest troubled him as he gave away a few free kicks.

Jetta was pretty quiet but still did some good things.

great report underdog, what were naitas skills like?? and is he one grab yet overhead?

also did the big blood-nut take nottes' spot:mad:, how did tony go?
