I believe there is also Hughie Edwards, who became an air commodore in the Royal Air Force and won the Victoria Cross in 1941. He had previously played for South Fremantle in 1934.

I've now added a couple new columns to the Team Player Stats table on the Seasons > [Season] > Team Summary page. The new data includes Inside 50's per goal, disposals per goal, percentage of disposals that are goals and kicks per handball.

In the WAFL matches played yesterday, Peel Thunder defeated East Fremantle 78-52, while West Perth also defeated Perth 78-52. While both scorelines were not exactly identical, with East Fremantle kicking 7.10-52 and Perth 8.4-52, when was the last time (if ever) the same scores occurred in the same round of WAFL fixtures?

Great question emuboy

Whilst identical margins in the same round has occurred over 160 times, there has only been 4 instances of the same margin with the same totals in the same round, with this week being the fourth occurrence.

There has never been multiples of exactly the same score line in the same round.

So in the reserves this year (with one game left), bottom-placed Peel have won 2, drawn 1, and lost 16. Their 2 wins and draw have all come against Subi, who are set to play reserves finals football as they sit in 5th.
 
Has there ever been a WAFL team miss the finals with a percentage as good as Claremont's, which after this afternoon's 99-point thrashing of the Sharks went up to 119, the third best in the league? In 1993 West Perth and Swans finished the season in 1st & 2nd position with percentages of less than 100, but I don't remember seeing a season like the Tigers' this year, with many big wins and many narrow losses causing this anomaly.
 
Not sure - I'll check tomorrow - but they have already recorded the best percentage ever for an 8th placed team of 110.07 after round 19 and after today their percentage is 119.45 which is the highest for any side in 7th place on the ladder
