I do like the iPhone but I've heard so much bad press about them*shrug* Personally I don't like them, they just feel very...... limited. If Apple is your bag then go for it as they're not a bad phone, and chances are it's all you might need, I just don't get the continued hype around them.

So some random court calls Apple products "cool" and you think that's an accurate assessment of the battle? They look at it at a patent level, and listen to the high priced lawyers BS. Hell if Microsoft gave a shit they'd probably slap Apple as they had working tablet PCs 10 years ago.
I legitimately do not understand why people would choose an iPhone over the current range of android phones other than perhaps ease of use. It just doesn't make sense to me. I look at my girlfriends iPhone 5 and swipe from the left to the right a couple of times then get bored by being presented with the same thing. I have such a short attention span that I always want to change it up, add a photo of my daughter maybe, add a clock widget, get rid of said widget, add a weather widget, change the skin 5 times, get rid of it, add another picture of my daughter, change the wallpaper, change the layout and positioning of the pictures of my daughter, repeat. Android allows me to do all this and doesn't look down on me cause of it. The "our way or the highway" closed source attitude Apple adopt would drive me absolutely crazy.
maybe if they'd acted a little faster they might have kept me (and the countless others who have moved to android). apple are certainly responding to the power android apps let you have. they know their shitty restricted apps are no match.
