Something needs to be done, he can't kick a footy as well as a number 2 pick should. I know he is not a dud and just needs some serious help with his kicking.

he just doesnt look confident and when he runs with the ball most of the time the pressure gets to him

he can kick a footy as well as a number 2 pick should and he does it on many occasions. He usually has a problem when kicking inside 50 or kicking for goal. It's all in his head and it will go away with time. nothing to worry about, no extra steps required.

Yes, his kicking isn't great.

BUT, I think he is playing with a fair bit of confidence. He is running, carrying the ball. He wants the ball.

He is not far away from killing a game open. Kicking certainly needs to improve, but he looks like a number 2 pick in most other areas of his game.

i really want to know why he needs to wear a glove considering it's a well known that a glove can **** up the dropping of the ball onto the foot.

First it was Stevens going to save us, then Walker, then Murphy. Next it will be Gibbs or Hansen or Gumbleton. Get in the cold shower and understand there are no marquee players capable of resurrecting this shambolic mess of a football team. Evolution suggests we might snag a flag somewhere around 2012 - 2015 which pretty much makes forums like this one pointless. What are we going to talk about till then - sack Pagan? Why can't Walker kick at the age of 29? Congrats to Lance finally playing in a flag team with the Hawks? My membership card says first joined 1981. Back then players actually gave a **** about the jumper. Now it's TV and clubs and bitching about packages. What a sad, pathetic joke. Close this cemetary down and lets drink beer in a park and try to forget.

We are far from a "shambolic mess of a football team". In fact, we are developing a football side that is not to far away from going bang, bang, bang... finals.

A star full forward, other good forward line players.... our midfield is coming along very well in my eyes... and our defence isn't to far away with plenty of youth in their.

Our football team is not a mess.

We're still in denial about this aspect. Will take time, epsecially with blech footskills down there, or a gun trade that will help and free-up Larnce to play more attacking.

Dead right Schlo. And don't you get tired of deluded clowns like "The Ghost" on the club website talking up every tiny positive like a car salesman telling some moronic slob how grouse the rusted out Datsun 180B really is. It's embarrassing and unnaceptable for a club like ours. I recall the days when the Saints supporters would sing the club song leaving Princes Park because they had got close. Not me. No-one can admit how rooted we are. And while I'm on the subject - what the hell has one J. Kennedy done to confirm his instant "gun" status? Did I miss something? Bring on the tirade.
