The question some people are just forgetting to ask is "does Essendon not have a group of youngsters to bring on too?" If so then why did they not find Mr Sheedy suitable to perform that task? If they dont then WTF should we?

Its all really pathetic.
Everybody looking for that White Knight the Devine Saviour that will just walk into the club and flick their magic wand and remove 25 years of inadequacy.
It wont happen. No Sheedy nor Crazy John nor Deledio nor Judd nor KB nor Kruezer will be that Saviour.
It will only come from a solid uncomprimising plan, hard work and little incremental improvements over time.
And when I say time I mean 10 years plus.

In case you didn't notice we didn't have a plan 10 years ago or 10 years before that.
Patterson, Sproule, Jewell, Jeans, Northey, Walls, Gieshen and Frawley didn't have a plan. They were too busy trying to pacify the ferals, looking over their shoulder waiting for the knife, overhearing about the next coup. There was no money in the bank to clean the pigeon poo on the roof, let alone to resource the club with the resources required to recruit and develop young men.
KB had a plan that could have been. In fact the 95 finals where really a product of what KB had done.
If we cant fix the errors of our past how can we have a future.

no contest. It has to be Terry, he is younger and fresher. He has an idea and he has to carry to the end. Again if we dont will be a laughing stock to the other clubs supporters.
To the pro Sheedy faction this man will be the coach Richmond for five years and five years only. In the end he will go and we will be back at square one. If he wants to help in other areas like marketing, recrruiting or membership manager.

Before you type crap think what you have to say. Many times we Sheedy's management if he was available and they said no hes not or he was going to sign with Essendon. He is too old and the game has passed hes ideas.
I have to ask why is Port Adelaide fan concerned about the runnings of the Richmond Football Club? I dont even know why I am responding to your opinion.
