personally, as a North supporter i am hoping that the Crows snare Carey... because I simply can't bare to see Wayne in the Collingwood colours....purely evil... Put yourself in our position: Could you deal with Bickley playng for Collingwood????????

the new rumour

Apparantly Carey is going to sign with Collingwood on Eddie's show this Thursday night. A deal has been done with Foxtel (where Carey is contracted) to allow him to appear on the Footy Show. I knew that when Eddie got involved Collingwood would somehow come out on top!

He's not going to try that one on again, is he? The man must be an absolute moron. When Port were coming into the AFL and Buckley was coming out of contract he got him to re-sign on the Footy Show. Everybody with any football nous saw it for what it was, a totally unnecessary stunt(it wasn't even a real contract, he signed that earlier).
He got bagged before and he'll just have even less respect if he mucks around with serious issues like this. And what'll it say for Carey? After weeks of crying around and saying he wants to be anonymous and get on with his life, he could do something that's tailored to thrust him into the spotlight?

I agree totally! That was an absolute joke and, as with half of the segments on the show, unnecessary and, as you put it "stunts".
