Thanx boys,
I've since been told Wayne did actually do some serious farming during his time at Richmond and beyond.
The problem was that he didn't own the field he was ploughing thus leading
to a fruitless crop for Wayne and in eventually he left the ploughing industry all together.
Must be the name Wayne.

I saw most of Hernaman's games and thought he was a classy player and an exciting prospect. He up and left mid-season because he was homesick, and couldn't be coaxed back.
The laugh of picking him in hindsight is that it was Mal Brown's decision, overriding Dale Weightman's plea to choose his nephew who he rated a good player and a keen Tiger supporter - Leigh Colbert.
