It’s not so much the poor batting, as the complete disregard for the game situation. There are less than ten balls left. Maybe you swing at a few ffs.
 
Adelaides strength is not their middle-to-lower order batting.

Its their bowling. So they will back themselves with around 120-125 to defend here.
 
If Grace Harris bats 7 overs or so, this game could be over. Under the assumption she plays her natural game.

Grace signalling the four instead of them looking closely at that... clearly had a breast on the rope when she touched it and would have made it a strange one to review
 
At least 25 short. The Heat should shit this in even though the Strikers generally bowl well.

Reminds me of the Stars vs Thunder final a few years back - the Stars strength was in chasing, but for whatever reason, after winning the toss Lanning decided to bat first and that seemed to confuse everyone

Thunder had a relatively easy win in the end


Teams need to remember to play to their strengths and too often in finals they seem to overthink things
 
The Batshumans probably thought it was a practice match due to the imaginative decision by the powers to be of matching uniforms

I'm sure the Strikers were backing themselves to defend any reasonable score so not a negative decision to bat first.
 
The Strikers are going to have to be perfect if they're a chance of defending 125. Smart batting by the Heat and they will become the first team to win 3 WBBL titles.
 
I'd put this at about 90% chance the Heat win this... the total is just not enough.

That was absolutely diabolical, they have relied on their top 3 all year. Hate to single out players but Georgia Adams looks like a parkland cricketer.
